What set’s us apart
Warmth, safety, and family are the first thoughts that comes to mind when thinking of what sets us apart from other therapeutic practices. Nine years ago, we all got together and began both a beautiful friendship and professional relationship. We became active participants in our community by volunteering for a local non-profit that prioritized family. Through this organization, we provided social services to each and every family we supported. We actively collaborated with local community partners to ensure we met their emotional, physical, and mental health needs.
Our Approach
We provide a humanistic approach to therapy, which focuses on self-awareness and self-discovery. This approach aims to help you develop a strong and healthy sense of self, explore your feelings, find meaning, and focus on your strengths. Our therapeutic process incorporates a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy to increase healing and positive change.
